"Luke and Barry replaced 7 radiators in our home soon after we moved in. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Punctual and helpful when quoting, gave solid and reasonable advice about radiator placement and the health of our heating system. They had to re-pipe several rads in a single day, including some atypical sizes. The work was finished to a high standard - even when plans changed slightly during the day, they organized the scrap pick-up, and were genuinely pleasant guys. We have two young children and they were extremely kind to them too. Highly recommended."

I had my boiler repaired finally and new piping for a radiator not heating

Emergency repair
"Luke answered my call after being let down by my insurance company contractor after an emergency repair required for a leak on our boiler. Not only that, the insurance contractor gave an over inflated price that it would cost on their return. However Luke came and gave a second opinion after inspection and the job cost less. Excellent tradesmanship from someone who has been servicing our boiler for a few years now also, so we definitely recommend Alcon heating for any work required in your home."

Really impressed with the service provided. [Engineer’s Name] arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, and carried out a full boiler service efficiently. He explained everything clearly and gave helpful advice on keeping the system running smoothly. Left the area clean and tidy after finishing. Capping gas supply to hob and fire
Luke phoned with his ETA before arriving, and was on time. He was patient as I described the details of what I needed, and he got straight to work, finishing the job quickly and to an excellent standard. He showed me exactly what he'd done afterwards, and confirmed there were no leaks after switching the gas back on. I'll definitely call Alcon again if I need any gas or heating work doing!
